Kaufland Giftcards

You can access the Kaufland Gift Card Shop at giftcard.kaufland.com. If you do not yet have an account for the Kaufland Gift Card Shop or for the Kaufland Online Marketplace, you will need to create an account before ordering a Gift Card. Once you create a new account or log in to your existing account, you can specify the number of Gift Cards you would like to purchase, including the price (EUR 5.00 to EUR 250.00) and delivery method, and add them to your shopping cart. You can then order the Card(s). We will send you the invoice (PDF). We will complete the order once we receive payment of the invoice amount. Please note that we only accept payments in advance. Once we receive payment, you will be able to view and download the PDF Gift Cards in your customer account, or we will mail you the physical Gift Cards to the address you provided, in which case you will generally receive the Gift Cards within 3–5 business days. For security reasons, we will not mail you activated Kaufland Gift Cards. You must activate the Gift Cards prior to redeeming them. To activate your Gift Cards, you must log in to the Gift Card Shop. Once you log in to your account, click on "My orders". You can then activate your Gift Cards.

The shipping costs are 3.90 euros plus VAT and only apply to physical giftcards. With an order value of 1,000.00 Euro or more, shipping is free of charge.

This can have different causes. In the first step, we recommend checking the credit balance of the card. This can be carried out at every branch cash register and in the Kaufland giftcard shop in the "Credit check" menu. If you have a credit balance, we recommend using the card again as a means of payment. If the giftcard was purchased in the webshop and does not show any credit, it must be checked whether the customer has activated the cards for his order online.

The Kaufland Giftcard shop at giftcard.kaufland.com is available for bulk orders of Kaufland giftcards . You can set the giftcard value in any amount between 5.00 and 250.00 euros per card.

In-store giftcards can the maximum value of a total of 1,000,00 euros to be acquired. Up to 1.000 giftcards can be ordered in the Kaufland giftcard shop. You can set the value of the giftcard in any amount between 5.00 and 250.00 euros per card. It is not possible to reload existing giftcards.
