Terms of payment

Kaufland giftcards are sold in the name of Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG.

We offer you the option to use prepayment. After receiving the invoice by e-mail, please transfer the invoice amount to our account using the reason for payment stated in your invoice:

We will process your order as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account.

Standard delivery terms and conditions

You must activate your Gift Cards in our Kaufland Gift Card Shop at www.kaufland.de/geschenkkarte prior to redeeming them. To activate your Gift Cards, you must log in to the Gift Card Shop. Log in to your account and click on "My orders". You can then activate your Gift Cards.

Delivery terms and conditions for physical/plastic Gift Cards

Once we receive payment, we will mail you the Kaufland Gift Cards to the address you provided. You will generally receive the Gift Cards within 3–5 business days. For security reasons, we will not mail you activated physical Gift Cards. In case of loss of a prematurely activated Card, the Retailer shall not be obliged to replace the Card.

We will only mail Gift Cards to mailing addresses within the Federal Republic of Germany.

The shipping fees are shown in the shopping cart and are based on our price list:

Flat-rate shipping fee	€ 3.90
Orders in excess of 1000.00 €	Free of charge

Delivery terms and conditions for PDF Gift Cards

Once we receive payment, you can view your Gifts Cards by logging in to your account in the Kaufland Gift Card Shop and clicking on "My orders". Click on "Download" to save the files to your Download folder.

Important!

Kaufland Gift Cards are not taxable. Please refer to our Payment and delivery terms and conditions for prices and shipping fees. Kaufland Gift Cards are sold by Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG.
